“Ciudadanos” ha sido seleccionada fuera de competición en Constantine´s Gold Coin Animation Film Festival (Serbia), que se lleva a cabo del 23 al 27 de Julio del 2018.
 

The International Animated Film Festival “Constantine’s gold coin” is organized to promote cultural creativity of national and foreign authors.
Festival organizers on decision of the jury and the audience votes will award the following prizes:
• First Prize for each category, which consists of the statue and the emperor Constantine’s gold coin, medallion and diploma;
• Second Prize for student and senior category, which consists of the statue and the emperor Constantine’s silver coin, medallion and diploma;
• Third Prize for student and senior category, which consists of the statue and the emperor Constantine’s bronze coin, medallion and diploma;
• Grand Prix of the Festival for the best film, which consists of the statue and the emperor Constantine’s gold coin, medallion and diploma;
• The Audience Award for best film, which consists of the medallion and diploma.

La falta de trabajo lleva a los ciudadanos a una situación de emergencia, enfrentándoles unos contra otros, obligándoles a despertar su propio egoísmo para conseguir su supervivencia. Ante la violencia y la injusticia ciudadanos como Noe sufren la ausencia de leyes efectivas.
