Citizens receives three awards at the International Festival “Kinomania na Velikoy” Youth Short Film Festival, a festival held on November 24, 2018 in Russia. He obtains the 2nd Best Sound Editing Award, 2nd Best Cinematography Award, 3rd Best Editing Award.
 

In the Pskov Academic Drama Theater. ACE. Pushkin celebrated the end of the “Kinomaniya in the Great” festival. The guests saw the best work of new and more experienced talents in the field of cinema.
 
The jury of the festival evaluated more than 70 works from 8 foreign countries from 22 Russian cities. The organizer of the festival is the youth center of the city of Pskov. Applications for participation in the festival came from 8 states. From foreign countries received 11 applications. Authors from 22 Russian cities also claimed to participate in the festival. The total jurors saw more than 70 documentaries.
 

One of the members of the jury, director, cameraman, medalist and winner of numerous Russian and international festivals, Yevgeny Sumin, said in his welcome speech that the level of films sent to the festival has increased markedly: “There were works that were not They made known. They wanted to check, discuss with friends. ”
 
The director of PGMC, Victor Rulev, thanked everyone who helped the center support the youth initiative to create the Pskov Film Festival. He also expressed the hope that next year “Kinomaniya” will show a serious level of preparation of the organizers and youth films.
